Please read the full agreement below before your event. You'll be asked to accept it as part of booking.
This agreement covers the rental of a portable mini golf course ("Equipment") consisting of either a 6-hole or 9-hole configuration, including turf sections, borders, obstacle features, flags, cups, putters, and balls, as selected on the customer's order ("Customer").
The rental period begins at the agreed delivery time and ends at the agreed pickup time on the event date specified in the Customer's quote. Extended use beyond the agreed period may incur additional hourly fees.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Cancellations made outside of the window specified at booking may forfeit the deposit. In the event of unsafe weather, Puttadelphia will work with the Customer to reschedule at no additional charge where possible.
Mini golf involves inherent risks of minor injury from equipment or play surfaces. By signing below, the Customer acknowledges these risks on behalf of themselves and their guests, to the extent permitted by law.
